Webster Insurance Agency is a family owned and operated business located in Historic Langhorne Borough. It was established as a scratch agency in 1975 by Dwight P. Webster. The agency has grown over the years keeping an eye on the goal of delivering the highest quality customer service possible. We have grown from a staff of one to our current staff of twelve over the thirty-five years we have been in business.

Our staff is made up of licensed and experienced professional customer service representatives as well as experienced sales people. Although continued education is a state requirement, we encourage our staff to seek insurance industry designations through The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.

Our goal every day is to deliver outstanding customer service as well as provide our clients with the choices they need to properly cover their risk rather it be a family exposure or a business exposure. Meet Our Staff

Colleen Devlin		Colleen started her insurance career in 2004 following a career in the retail clothing business. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Colleen is a Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines Department. Colleen loves traveling with her family where she enjoys her passion for photography.
Heather Martin		Heather graduated Neshaminy High School in 2004 and Kutztown University in 2009 where she studied psychology. She serves the agency as our Agency Communication Specialist keeping the flow and assignment of customer information into our management system. She is also serves as our official Agency Super Blogger where she communicates with customers answering question and providing information as needed. Heather joined the agency in 2003 while still in High school. Heather is currently working on her insurance license.
Angela Geary AU, AIS		Angela began her insurance career in 1993 where she worked in personal lines sales and service. She later joined a large wholesale broker in commercial underwriting where she stayed until she joined our agency in June 2009. Angela has earned her AU, AIS, ASLI designations and is fully licensed.
Eileen Habich		Eileen began her insurance career in 1980. Eileen has been with our agency since 2001 and now serves as the Commercial Service Manager. She has had a long career in commercial insurance, both in customer service and sales. Eileen is a dedicated insurance professional who strives to get clients the right policy for their specific insurance needs. Eileen is committed to each of her customers in providing them with the very best service as possible.
Mel Cooksey PhD.		Mel serves as our Risk Management Department consultant to reduce our client’s liabilities for workers compensation, unemployment compensation, OSHA, and employment practices claims. He and his staff provide our clients with comprehensive employment policies, procedures, and HOTLINE assistance to reduce both short-term and long-term costs.
Dwight P. Webster CIC, LUTCF		Dwight has been in the industry since 1974 with experience in Underwriting, Commercial and Personal lines sales and sales management. He has been a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 2002, and a LUTCF since 2003. Dwight graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Shippensburg University in 1971. Since 2004 he has served on the Advisory Board for the College of Health and Human Services at Shippensburg University. Dwight serves the agency as President and as a sales counselor in the Commercial Department.
Sue Logan Webster		Sue has been a lifetime resident of Langhorne. She graduated from Neshaminy High School before attending Travel Agency school in 1982. After a brief career with Delta Airlines, she married and began raising her family. Sue joined the Webster Insurance Agency in the Personal Lines New Business Department and has assisted with bookkeeping duties. She now serves as the Comptroller of the agency.
Joshua L. Webster		Joshua graduated Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville NJ in 2005. He now attends Shippensburg University studying Criminal Justice. Joshua will graduate from Shippensburg University in May 2010. He serves the agency remotely as an Information Specialist keeping the flow and assignment of customer records within our management system up to date.
